If I am diabetic, what is a safe bet for the topping bar?

Dry nuts are the safest topping for someone who is diabetic. However, even though it is okay for diabetics to eat sweets such as ice cream and yogurt, we always stress caution, as these foods are usually very high in calories and can be hard on your blood glucose control. It is up to your own particular health needs. Your choice of flavor and toppings should be based on your doctors recommendations.
